Thank you for your interest in staying at the Trippy House! This house is a designated house for adult content creators only. We pride ourselves on having a safe space for creators, like yourself, to make their dream content come to life!
#REQUIREMENTS TO BE A GUEST:
-Must have an established page/social media.
-Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement and guest waiver.
#ABOUT YOUR STAY:
-The house is located 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the strip.
-You will be renting one room in the house. (If you would like to rent the whole house, arrangements can be made.)
-Guest room: 300/night Master room: 500/night. Cash preferred. A deposit of one night is required via venmo/cash app to book the dates.
-If you're a solo traveler ask about our discounted rates!!!
-There is no guarantee that Lydia will be at the Trippy House during your stay, although we try to plan for her to be there at least one day.
-The whole house is available for use, except Donny’s room. If there are guests in the other guest room, those are not available for use, unless agreed by the other guest.
-There is a small dog that lives in the house full time. Also, Lydia’s dog is there whenever she is at the Trippy House. (If allergic to dogs, arrangements can be made)
-If you have collabs in the Las Vegas area, they can come to the house to film! They must sign an NDA
#HOUSE RULES:
-Check-in is any time after 2:00 PM.
-Checkout of room is 12:00 PM. You’re welcome to stay in the house if you have a later flight.
-Personal door code will be given to you after initial check-in.
-No smoking inside. (Vapes are OK!)
-No pets allowed.
-No unauthorized guests.
-Must respect other guests’ privacy if they are using an area to film.
-No parties. This is a workhouse only.
