At The Bagley Effect, LLC, our mission is to empower military personnel, public safety professionals, and professional athletes by providing compassionate, holistic support to navigate life’s pressures and transitions. Our goal is to equip high-performing individuals with the tools and resources needed to thrive mentally, emotionally, and personally, both on and off the job.
We are dedicated to promoting mental wellness, personal growth, and emotional resilience while addressing challenges such as trauma recovery, anxiety, stress, grief, performance pressure, and identity transitions.

These coaching sessions provide the tools and guidance needed to create lasting positive change, helping our clients achieve balance, resilience, and success.
Through flexible services offered via Zoom or tele-sessions, we ensure accessibility based on individual needs and location.

We offer a variety of free resources to support our clients, including educational materials and self-help tools designed to empower individuals on their journey to wellness.
PAYMENT
Although we currently do not accept insurance, we are committed to making our services affordable to ensure that financial barriers do not hinder access to care.
