Transitioning from nursing to specialized wellness was driven by a single goal: helping people stay healthy rather than just treating them once they aren't. My clinical experience taught me that preventative care is often the missing piece of the puzzle. After a dedicated career in clinical healthcare, I have pivoted my focus toward preventative wellness. While traditional medicine excels at treating acute illness, there is a significant gap in proactive health maintenance. I hold a holistic view and believe it is important to view each person as a collective of mind, body and spirit, since these distinguish each of us. By combining my medical background with a specialized interest for the lymphatic system, I obtained advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and am proud to offer professional lymphatic drainage services locally. I am thrilled to support my community’s well-being and hope to inspire fellow professionals to bring their own unique, specialized talents to the area.

I am a licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois.
Earned certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage after an intensive training in the Vodder Method, the gold standard of lymphatic drainage brought from Germany.
Received advanced certification in Management of Post Plastic Surgery Procedures by the Academy of Lymphatic Studies.
Received advanced certification in Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage by the Maderotherapy Ireland Academy.
