I am a Caribbean American woman who was raised in the Caribbean and has lived most of my adult life in America.
I graduated from Jacksonville University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology. At Jacksonville University I was granted the opportunity to do an internship with an Agency that propelled me into the field of substance abuse.
This is where my passion for helping people overcome challenges in their lives began.
I worked as a substance abuse counselor for over 14 years and received my certification as a Certified Additions Professional. I have always wanted to help clients in a less restrictive way and thought of becoming a life coach.
It took years to finally overcome my own emotional struggles to pursue this goal but I eventually enrolled in a Life Coach class and became certified.
My goal is to help other people like me transition from emotional defeatism to emotional triumph! I’m here to hold you accountable and help you see your process all the way through!
