Avatar Editing Policy & Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

I provide avatar editing services only. This includes modifying, enhancing, or customizing avatars that are supplied to me by clients. I do not claim ownership over any original avatars, characters, or intellectual property provided by clients.

2. Client Responsibility

By submitting an avatar for editing, you confirm that: •You are the rightful owner of the avatar or •You have full permission from the copyright owner to request edits.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your avatar does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

3. No Creation of Infringing Content

I will not knowingly edit avatars that: • Violate copyright or trademark laws • Contain unlawful, hateful, explicit, or abusive material • Impersonate individuals, brands, or entities in a misleading way

I reserve the right to refuse any request at my discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

All original rights to the submitted avatar remain with the client or the original creator. The edited version remains the property of the original rights holder, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

I retain the right to: • Display edited work in my portfolio • Use edited examples for promotional purposes (unless the client specifically requests confidentiality in advance)

5. Payments & Refunds • Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. • Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started. • Completed digital services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for: • Platform bans, moderation actions, or account restrictions related to the use of edited avatars • Any misuse of edited avatars after delivery •Legal disputes arising from unauthorized use of third-party content

7. Acceptance of Terms

By commissioning my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
